I first met Alfie working in prison with Beyond Recovery. I was immediately taken by Alfie’s warmth and kindness, the complete opposite to what I might have expected. Alfie has spent most of his life in and out of prison and has been addicted to drugs for many years. Alfie is now free from addiction and lives a completely different life.
